Below you will find a snapshot of everything we will discuss with you at your one to one viewing.
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE…
How to Find Us – We’re located in the peaceful village of St Margaret’s, you can get directions to us here.
Once you get to the bottom of the farm road take a sharp right through the entrance to the field parking, where we will be waiting to meet you.
NICE TO MEET YOU…
You will be met by either Oliver or James. We grew up on the farm and have been running weddings here for OVER 10 years.
THE I DO’S…
The outdoor ceremony area is the first spot to view after making your way down the winding pathway through the trees.
We supply 100 high quality wooden chairs for your guests during the ceremony.
Additional chairs can be arranged for larger ceremonies up to a total of 110 people.
In the case of inclimental weather we have an indoor ceremony area we can set up in the main barn.
Your ceremony will take place underneath our beautiful oak framed gazebo, surrounded by all your family and friends.
A PA system is also set up in the gazebo to provide the music for that important walk down the aisle.
LET’S MAKE OUR WAY TO THE BAR…
Our rustic wooden garden bar is the next thing that will greet your guests as they make their way down to the lower garden.
Here our staff will serve your reception drinks, which are included in the price of our package.
Choose from a selection of Pimms, Prosecco and bottled beers for your post ceremony reception drinks.
You can mix and match depending on your own tastes and we will have these chilled and ready to be served to your guests after your ceremony. All included in the price!
During the reception drinks, we also include some soft drinks served from our vintage Kilner jars.
Later in the evening we can also open up the garden bar to serve a small selection of beers and wine for those guests making the most of the beautiful summer evenings.
Dependent on weather and size of wedding party.
Our secluded gardens are the perfect spot for you and your guests to enjoy a few drinks while tucking into some delicious canapés.
Or to just sit back, relax….
…and watch the world go by.
THE GRAND ENTRANCE…
Our glass fronted entrance porch provides a light and airy opening into the main barn.
And is the perfect place to put your table plan on our wooden easle
As well as a gifts table for a post box or welcoming display.
THE MAIN BARN
We include tables and chairs for up to 100 of your closest family and friends.
Our 10 round tables, 8 trestle tables and 100 wooden gold banquet chairs gives you flexibility with your seating plan. We also have a smaller round table for your cake.
Each round table can seat up to 10 people.
We supply the venue to you as a blank canvas to put your own personal touch on decorations. We allow you access the day before so you have plenty of time to do this.
Saturday weddings include access from Friday morning. Midweek weddings access is on the morning of the wedding.
The trestle tables can be used for your top table as well as other things like a sweet table, the evening buffet or guest books and displays
A wine glass, water glass and champagne flute are all included for each of your guests during the meal.
We even let you supply your own table wine and toast wine. No corkage fees!
This is up to a set amount. 0.4 bottles of wine and 1 toast drink per person.
High quality cotton tableclothes and napkins are also included for up to 100 guests.
These are available in a selection of colours to match your colour scheme.
All crockery and cutlery will be supplied by your caterers of choice.
Speaking of which, let’s eat…!
We try to be as flexible as we can at Reach Court Farm but in order to deliver a delicious meal to you and your guests without any stress we work exclusively with a Few hand selected caterers who we know and trust to deliver a professional and top quality service.
They can each offer you a wide variety of options from freshly prepared hot and cold buffets, delicious 3 course sit down meals to meaty BBQ’s and hog roasts.
Catering costs are not included in the venue hire so we recommend getting in touch with each of them to discuss your requirements and get an idea of total costs.

We have a small PA system with wireless microphone set up inside the barn for your speeches.
Our fully stocked in house bar can be open all day.
We call last orders about 30 minutes before the end of the night.
Then as the last song draws to a close at midnight or 11pm its time to head home.
